The basic ingredient of millet are carbohydrates. It is low in fiber and is therefore considered an easily digestible product. Millet groats contain such minerals as: phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper and manganese, as well as vitamin B1. It is a source of protein, carbohydrates, magnesium and vitamin B2. Also, it contains silicon, which has a beneficial effect on the condition of the skin, hair and nails.
Eat cold or rather warm as a separate dish. Serve with potatoes or bread. You can enrich the sauce with cream or vegetable cream.

Water, White Cabbage 43%, Mushrooms 13%, Tomato Concentrate 13%, Carrots, Millet 5.5% (Millet 5%, Millet Flour 0.5%), Textured Soy Protein, Onion, Corn Starch, Vegetarian Stock [Salt, Dried Vegetables (Pasnip, carrot, celery root, parsley root, leek, celery leaf, parsley nać), rapeseed oil, turmeric, lovage leaves], rapeseed oil, sea salt, soy sauce (water, soybeans, table salt), herb seasoning (contain mustard), spices.

Store the finished product in a dry, clean room, free from extraneous odors, protected from pests. Store at room temperature. After opening keep in the fridge, consume within 3 days.
