Shelled sunflower seeds are subjected to special technological processes, including reduction of fat by cold pressing and reduction of carbohydrates, thanks to which the final product is characterized by a high content of 56% vegetable protein containing essential essential amino acids.
With a protein content of 56%, the product helps maintain and build muscle mass.
PREPARATION
Add 1 tablespoon of powder to shake, smoothie, yogurt, granola, fruit drink or salad.
CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
Consume 1 to 3 times a day.
