Sunflower lecithin is made from the highest quality sunflower seeds. It is in the form of a powder with a slightly yellow or dark straw color. It is non-genetically modified (NON GMO).
Lecithin is a complex fat (from the group of phospholipids). The product does not contain any genetically modified organisms, allergenic substances or ingredients of animal origin. No ionizing radiation is used in the production process. Lecithin has properties that can extend shelf life. It is also often used as an emulsifier.
