Crocus plum jam gets its naturally sour sweetness from the high fructose content. Hungarian plums are used in the production, which gives the jam a very characteristic color. The fruit puree is made on dense sieves, which preserves the smooth texture and full nutritional value of the fruit skin. A small amount of gluten-free glucose syrup prevents saccharification.
