PREPARATION :
Pour 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta into the saucepan and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring the water to a boil, add salt about 10 g of coarse salt. Put noodles in boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain noodles and season to taste.
