Gudobele is one of the largest bakeries in Lithuania. Bon Chance are bread chips made from wheat and rye bread that are baked in a special shape. Then they are cut into thin slices, fried in vegetable oil and seasoned with various spices. Cheese and garlic are always a good combination. This is how a snack with this taste was born. The chips are perfect as a snack, appetizer or as an accompaniment to soups, salads, cheese boards or cold cuts.
