DESCRIPTION
Organic Guar Gum is a natural thickener derived from the endosperm of seeds of the Fabaceae plant - Cyamopsis tetragonolobus. Guar gum can be used as a substitute for tasteless and odorless gelatine. It is characterized by good water solubility and also thickens products without having to heat them. Thanks to its properties, it is an ideal addition to sauces, dressings, soups, jams and desserts. PREPARATION Method: Dissolve 1g of guar gum (1/4 teaspoon) in 100g of thickened product.
