Ground green coffee
Green coffee is raw, untreated coffee beans. These beans have not yet experienced the pyrolysis process, which is the breakdown of carbohydrates and fats, so they do not have the same taste and aroma as black coffee. However, the caffeine content does not change.
Coffee beans are light green in color, hence the product's name. Unroasted green coffee tastes much milder, more acidic and almost completely free of bitterness.
Use:
Pour 10 g (three teaspoons) of ground green coffee from it. Pour hot water (preferably at 90 ° C). The infusion is ready to eat after 5 minutes. The taste of the infusion is a bit like brewed green tea, slightly tart.
