DESCRIPTION
Yellow organic lentils are characterized by a very fine taste. It disintegrates after cooking, making it a perfect addition to soups or stews. It is also perfect for stews. It can be used to prepare sandwich pastes or fillings for stuffing dumplings, croquettes, patties and even roasts.

PREPARATION
Cook the previously rinsed lentils in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of lentils to 2 portions of water) for about 25 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, season with salt.
