Ingredients: 100% Calamus Rhizome (Acorus Calamus L.)

Brewing method: Pour 2 teaspoons (approx. 4 g) of shredded rhizome with 1 cup of water, simmer for 5 minutes. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes, strain. Drink 3 servings throughout the day.

Recommended for consumption is a daily dose of approximately 2 teaspoons of the product per day
(approx. 4g)
