Goat's milk is similar in composition to mother's milk, a white, cloudy liquid. This white, extremely nutritious emulsion obtained from domestic goats specially bred for its production has a high content of vitamins - A, D, C, group B - and minerals - magnesium, manganese, zinc, phosphorus, copper, iron, potassium on ., sodium, selenium and calcium. Due to the lower content of allergenic casein protein and lactose, goat's milk is recommended for children and those allergic to cow's milk. Goat's milk has a high content of amino acids responsible for cell regeneration and regulation of the body's endocrine system, including a high content of whey protein, which is more beneficial to health. Goat's milk contains less fat than their cow's milk and is also characterized by slightly sour milk, the so-called goat taste.
