"Your Pizza Romana" made by hand, with high quality: "O" type soft wheat flour with high protein content, soy flour, rice flour, water, salt, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, dried wheat sourdough, preservative (potassium sorbate), flavorings.
"Your Pizza Romana" measures 25 cm x 35 cm long, it is made by hand, packaged and placed in food foil in accordance with DL 108/90, derivation 89/109/EEC, on materials and objects intended to be used with food in to come into contact. The product is recommended for professional catering, oven baking and home bakeries.
