INGREDIENTS
black rice* 55%, brown rice flour*, water (* from certified organic farming)

DESCRIPTION
The pack contains 4 pasta bags.

PREPARATION
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, then add the pasta (1 pan per person). When the noodles begin to develop, gently separate them with a fork, then reduce the heat to medium-high.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
Pass the noodles through a sieve and rinse lightly with cold water.
Serving Suggestion: Add to mushrooms sautéed with garlic and fresh herbs, or combine with miso soup for a traditional Japanese dish.
