PREPARATION
Boil plenty of water to allow the pasta to flow freely (4-5 liters). Salt and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to taste. Slowly add the pasta to the boiling water so as not to interrupt the cooking process. Stir and cook 7-9 minutes until tender, 6-7 minutes al dente. Do not stir the noodles while cooking. Drain, top up with warm water and enjoy the taste of wonderful pasta.
