Delicious pasta made from organic wheat and chickpea flour. Recommended with Alce Nero tomato sauces.
PREPARATION
For 100 g of pasta, boil 1.5 l of boiling water and add 10 g of salt. Cooking time 'al dente': 8 minutes.
