PREPARATION
Boil plenty of water so the pasta floats freely in it. Salt the water to taste, add a little vegetable oil. Add the noodles to the boiling water, stir and cook until tender – 11-13 minutes. dente - 8-9 min. Do not stir the pasta while cooking. Strain and fill up with cold water.
