Moringa oleifera ( Moringa oleifera ) is a tropical tree of the Moringa family. It is native to northwestern India and Pakistan, but is currently also growing in Asia, Africa and North America. It is an extremely drought tolerant plant. The very high content of vitamins and minerals has allowed it to be included in the group of superfoods, that is, foods with a high content of nutrients.
Moringa is a source of antioxidants, it's even one of the foods that contain an incredibly high amount of them. These antioxidants affect the body's scavenging of free radicals, protect cells, and may slow down the body's aging process. Moringa is also a source of fatty acids, amino acids, it contains protein and fiber.
It contains vitamins A, E and B, vitamins and minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, chromium and manganese. In addition, it contains omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids and is the source of many antioxidants, including chlorophyll and zeatin, which help scavenge free radicals from the body. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pouring boiling water over Moringa leaves. Cover and let steep for about 10 minutes. Drink a freshly prepared infusion twice a day.
