INGREDIENTS
Magnesium Citrate (derived from the Dead Sea), Zinc Citrate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)

DESCRIPTION

PREPARATION
Mix the contents of the sachet with water/juice (200-300ml) and drink after a meal.

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
Adults: 1/2 - 1 sachet daily with or after a meal. Children from 6 to 12 years: 1/3 sachet daily
