PREPARATION method: Pour 1 flat teaspoon of ginger root (1.5 g) into a glass of boiling water, cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Drink the infusion while it is still warm. Depending on your taste, you can add honey or lemon to the tea. The slightly burning taste of the tea is due to the specific taste of ginger. 1.5 g of ginger roots (1 flat teaspoon) is the daily dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
