Made with pasteurized lean MILK. The production technology is the same as for semi-skimmed cheese. All production is done by hand. Since 2018, Dionysov cottage cheese has been included in the list of traditional products kept by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The quark, also known as white cheese, is a milky quark rich in nutrients due to the influence of lactic acid fermentation. This lumpy, creamy treat is packed with vitamins A, B, D, E and minerals like potassium, phosphorus, zinc, calcium and magnesium. White cheese served with bread goes perfectly with chives and other herbs; also works sweet with fruit.
