DESCRIPTION
Organic bread mix with 57% seeds

METHOD OF PREPARATION < You need: 480 ml water, 6 tablespoons (60 ml) vinegar (e.g. apple cider vinegar), baking tin (20 cm or 25 cm), wooden spoon, optional: grains for sprinkling

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C with hot air or 210°C with the top/bottom heat function. Grease the baking pan well. Now boil 480 ml of water.
2. Put the bread mixture in a bowl, pour boiling water, then vinegar and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
3. After one minute, knead the dough well again.
4. Now pour the dough into the greased baking pan, press firmly and smooth out.
5. Let the dough swell in the baking pan for 30 minutes.
6. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 75 minutes with hot air or 85 minutes with top/bottom heat.
7. Allow the bread to cool on the wire rack before eating.

A NOTICE
