DESCRIPTION
Spelled flakes are light, crunchy and have a nutty taste. They go well with other cereals, milk, yogurt or fruit.
Rinse the flakes with water, then boil them up in a 1:2 ratio (1 serving of flakes to 2 servings of water/milk) and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
