DESCRIPTION
Organic bulgur is a type of porridge made from cooked, dried and crushed durum wheat grains. Recommended as an accompaniment to casseroles, salads, fillings and as an ingredient in main courses.
INGREDIENTS
Durum wheat bulgur * 100% (* from certified organic farming).
PREPARATION
of bulgur with lightly salted boiling water in a 1:2 ratio, 5 (1 serving of groats for 2.5 servings of water), cook uncovered for about 7 minutes. Then remove from the stove, cover and leave to soak.
