DESCRIPTION
Organic buckwheat bran is made by grinding buckwheat into buckwheat. The bran consists mainly of the outer, most valuable layer of the grain, i.e. the fruit and seed shell. Bran tastes great with dairy products. They can be used as an additive to muesli, cereals, soups, salads and sauces. We also recommend substituting bran for part of the flour in home baked and pastry dishes. We recommend a short-term heat treatment of the bran before consumption.
