Goat's milk is a highly nutritious white emulsion obtained from domestic goats raised specifically for its production. This milk, which is close to the composition of mother's food, contains many vitamins - A, B, C and D - and minerals - magnesium, manganese, zinc, phosphorus, copper, iron, potassium, sodium, selenium and calcium. Goat's milk is characterized by a lower content of allergenic casein protein and lactose and is therefore recommended for children and those allergic to cow's milk. The richness of amino acids in goat's milk, particularly the health-promoting whey protein, is truly impressive; this variant of milk also contains less fat. The taste of fresh goat's milk is slightly more sour than that of cow's milk, but you can also find a sweet note in it. The milk can be heated.
