INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :

The essential oil should only be used diluted.

APPLICATION examples:
To rinse the mouth: add 1 drop of essential oil to a glass of lukewarm water. It works deep in the throat, even where a toothbrush cannot reach.
For bathing: add 5-10 drops of oil to the water in the bathtub. Recommended time: refreshing bath: 15 minutes,
Relaxation bath: 20 minutes

For the massage: Mix 50 ml base oil, eg coconut oil, with 5-10 drops of 24-herb oil. It helps with muscle pain and relieves tension.
For the sauna: add 2-6 drops of the oil to the water and pour over the stones. Ensures well-being and refreshing freshness. It regenerates.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
