Plantain leaves contain many phytonutrients, including: flavonoids, pectins, trace elements. Plantain has astringent and anti-inflammatory properties. Plantain leaf also stimulates gastric juice secretion.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
One capsule per day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption throughout the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Product not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
