DESCRIPTION
Wasabi paste is an original spice used in traditional Japanese cooking. It contains 10% WASABIA Japonica, a very rare ingredient in the west and very difficult to grow. In fact, many wasabi pastes do not contain real wasabi.
INGREDIENTS
Malt syrup * (barley), water, wasabi* (Wasabia Japonica) (10%), horseradish*, mustard*, sea salt, sunflower oil, rice vinegar*, chilli*, turmeric* (* ingredient from certified organic farming)
PREPARATION
Delicious vegetarian sushi and other Japanese dishes. Mix wasabi paste with olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and your favorite fruit juice to create a delicious sauce or dip in no time.
