Each capsule of the product contains 500 mg of DHA acid. This oil comes from sea squid. DHA acid, i.e. docosahersaenoic acid, comes from the group of polyunsaturated, exogenous omega-3 fatty acids. Sources of this acid are primarily algae and algae-eating marine animals, especially fish. This acid is the most important omega-3 acid, but it is difficult to maintain its proper levels in the body, so it pays to support yourself with proper supplementation.
