DESCRIPTION
Tarnina is known as Tarnima plum and grater. Sloes are high in flavonoids, which are compounds that are antioxidants. They support the removal of free radicals from organisms. They also contain vitamin C, beta-carotene and B vitamins and are also a source of calcium, magnesium and potassium.
INGREDIENTS
100% dried sloe fruit
Pruni spinosae fructus
APPLICATION
Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of sloe fruit (2 g), cover and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Drink the infusion while it is still warm. 2 g sloe fruits form the daily ration. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry place protected from light.
