Rose fruit is one of the richest sources of vitamin C. Also, this vitamin is absorbed exceptionally effectively by these fruits, much better than its synthetic form. Vitamin C deficiency is particularly vulnerable in older people who smoke cigarettes, abuse alcohol and take certain medications.
Preparations with rose fruit are recommended for stress, fatigue, general weakness, convalescents, as a remedy for upper respiratory tract infections and diseases associated with reduced vitamin C intake.

How to use the method : Pour boiling water over a teaspoon of rose hips (3 g) and a glass, cover and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Drink another warm infusion. 3 g rosehip (1 teaspoon) is the daily portion for consumption. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
