Rooibos tea is made from cut leaves (needles) of Aspalathus linearis native to South Africa. The finished infusion is characterized by a delicate, slightly sweet, honey-like, slightly earthy taste and an amber color. It is worth knowing that rooibos tea contains neither caffeine nor tannins, so it is suitable at any time of the day - even in the evening, as it does not stimulate the body. In a glass of finished infusion you will find an abundance of tannins, substances that help protect cells from the effects of accelerated aging. In addition, rooibos tea is also rich in valuable minerals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, fluorine, iron, zinc, copper and manganese. Rooibos is also rich in vitamin C.

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the sachet and let steep for 2-5 minutes.
Store in a dry and cool place.
