The flour from which Bartolini spelled pasta is made is obtained exclusively from the whole spelled grain - husk, endosperm and germ, making it a valuable source of fibre.

PREPARATION
Boil 7 minutes before eating, cook al dente for 6 minutes (100 g pasta in 1 liter of salted water)
