Knee noodles are made from organic durum wheat flour and wholemeal flour. Whole wheat flour is very valuable because it is made from whole grains. It contains fiber, which helps keep you feeling full, and minerals like zinc, potassium, calcium, and iron are essential to the diet. Durum wheat has a higher nutritional value compared to regular wheat. It contains phosphorus, selenium, iron and B vitamins. It features low elasticity, so it is easy to make noodles.

APPLICATION
100 g pasta, 1 l water, 10 g salt. Add salt to boiling water, add noodles, stirring occasionally, cook for recommended time, drain noodles, keeping some water.
