Made from lean pasteurized MILK and pure lactic bacteria. The production technology is the same as for semi-skimmed cheese. The entire production is manual work.
Since 2018 Tworóg from Dionizowo has been included in the list of traditional products of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
