DESCRIPTION
Organic oat bran is a product that is created when oats are processed into oatmeal. The bran consists mainly of the outer, most valuable layer of the grain, i.e. the fruit and seed shell. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. We recommend it as an addition to the morning breakfast porridge and as a coating for chops, as an addition to cakes, vegetable pies, bread, sauces. We recommend a short-term heat treatment of the bran before consumption.
