DESCRIPTION
Algae are hand-picked in their natural habitat on the Galician coast (Zatoka Biscay and Portuguese waters). Dehydrated and steamed, they can be used as a base for salads. Cooked as an accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes or with scrambled eggs, croquettes, soups, stews, rice, pasta and hamburgers. 4 g of the product contain 150 µg of iodine, which covers the daily requirement for this ingredient.

PREPARATION METHOD one serving for one person
Soak 1g of seaweed in water for 10 minutes. After soaking, the algae expand 6 times in volume. Cooking time: 5 minutes
