1 packet of organic spelled sourdough, 30 g Biovegan, 700 g spelled flour, 300 g rye flour, 2 packets of dry yeast, organic gluten 9 g Biovegan, 2 teaspoons salt, 750 ml lukewarm water.
PREPARATION : All dry INGREDIENTS
mix thoroughly. Add water and knead well. Cover and set aside for 2 hours. to a warm place. Then knead again and place in a greased bread pan. Place a bowl of water in the cold oven. Bake at 180-200 degrees for about 80 minutes. Let cool down.
