Cistus dried herb 500g TARGROCH

Rockrose is a shrub belonging to the rockrose family. Most of the species grow in the Mediterranean and western Asia, and in Poland they are only cultivated plants. It contains a large amount of polyphenols that neutralize free radicals. They support the work of the entire organism in case of weakness and improve its function prophylactically.

Ingredients:

Recommended daily dose:

4 heaped teaspoons dried cistus (4 g). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Use:

Put 2 heaped teaspoons of dried herbs in a glass, then pour in boiling water, let stand for about 5 minutes, drink the freshly prepared infusion. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Only a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet ensure the proper functioning of the body.

STORAGE:

Store in a dry place at room temperature in a tightly closed container.
