Cascara sagrada bark (Rhamnus purshiana), meaning "sacred bark," has a long history of use by traditional herbalists to promote bowel function.

COMPOSITION:

Cascara sagrada powders bark, cellulose, fatty acids.

Take 1 capsule daily before bedtime with a glass of water for no more than 1 week

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
