Valerian extract (root) 30 mg, maltodextrin: 270 mg, capsule: bovine gelatin.

DESCRIPTION

APPLICATION
1 to 2 capsules daily. The daily dose of 2 capsules contains: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis): 60 mg. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Not for use by children under the age of 12.
