Aquafaba 's enigmatic, meaningless name simply means water left over from chickpeas or other legumes. Until recently, it was only known among vegetarians and people interested in healthy eating. Aquafaba is sometimes used by people who are allergic to eggs and/or milk. Suitable for, among other things, the PREPARATION of egg-free pastries, cakes, ice cream and desserts. You can also use it to make vegan mayonnaise, cream, mousse and even meringues. Also used as an additive to sauces and toppings. Aquafaba has a completely neutral flavor and when mixed it resembles and behaves like egg whites. It contains saponins, B vitamins, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and iron. Composition free of unnecessary enhancers and additives.

APPLICATION
After 10 g of the product add 150 g of boiled water, mix, cover with a lid. After 2-3 minutes the product is ready for use.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
2 years at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
