Recommended dosage: 1 capsule once a day.

Directions: Swallow the capsule and wash it down with plenty of water after the first meal.

Ingredients: Thymus herb extract (Thymus vulgaris) 10:1, fruit and elderberry extract (Sambucus nigra) standardized to contain at least 5% flavonoids,
Bulking agent: chicory root inulin (prebiotic), vervain extract (Verbena officinalis) 10:1, rosehip extract (Rosa and Canina) standardized to contain at least 70% vitamin C, 10:1 root and primrose extract (Primula veris), gentian and Goldenseal extract (Gentiana lutea) standardized to contain at least 5% flavonoids,
