Our sauerkraut with carrots is made from the milk fermentation of shredded cabbage sprinkled with salt and enriched with carrots. Sauerkraut is, among other things, a valuable source of vitamin C, which supports the immune system, affects memory and magnesium concentration, supports digestive processes, improves intestinal peristalsis and dietary fiber. In addition, sauerkraut contains such nutrients as vitamins - A, E and K, mineral salts - iron, potassium and calcium, as well as antioxidants that fight harmful free radicals. Sauerkraut is recommended as an accompaniment to evening dishes, salads or as an independent snack, you can also prepare a delicious cabbage soup.
