INGREDIENTS
Red lentil flour * 50%, wholegrain rice flour * 50% (* from certified organic farming)

DESCRIPTION
Perfect as a basis for Italian cuisine. A source of fiber and protein.

PREPARATION
For 100g of pasta, pour 1L of water into the pot and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring the water to a boil, add salt about 10 g of coarse salt. Put noodles in boiling water and cook for 9-10 minutes. Drain noodles and season to taste.
