APPLICATION A
1. Add 20g of fresh yeast to the bowl, then add 350ml of lukewarm water and mix thoroughly.
2. Pour in 500 g of baking mix.
3. Mix ingredients, oil baking pan (25 x 12 x 8 cm)
4. Form the mass into a mold and cover with a cloth until it rises (doubles the volume).
5. Place the pan in the preheated oven at 200-220°C, then bake for 40-50 minutes until a dark brown crust forms.
