The tufted owl is a small shrub with distinctive red berries. It is also known as the spiny buzzard . The most valuable substance in the root of the plant is ruscogenin . Supplementation has a positive effect on venous circulation. It prevents swelling and the feeling of heavy legs and revitalizes, refreshes and brings a feeling of lightness to the legs.
