Zucchini or squash (Cucurbita pepo convar. giromontiina Greb.) is a common variety of squash. Selected in Italy, where the name comes from the Italian word "zucchini", which can be translated as "little pumpkin", this plant has gained popularity in our country as "pumpkin".
Zucchini is a very healthy and cheap plant -calorie vegetable. 100g of pumpkin contains only 16 calories. In addition, zucchini fruit is characterized by a high content of vitamins - A, vitamin B, C and K - and minerals - including potassium, magnesium and iron.
