DESCRIPTION
Unique, aromatic decaffeinated Arabica coffee - country of origin Ethiopia. The coffee has been decaffeinated using natural methods (water and CO2) without the use of chemical solvents. It is characterized by a mild taste and aroma. Recommended for all coffee lovers who cannot consume high caffeine products. It may contain a maximum of 0.01% caffeine. Decaffeinated coffee is available as a choice for those consumers who want to enjoy the aroma and flavor of coffee without experiencing its stimulating properties. The quality of the decaffeinated coffee is as good as that of traditional coffee.
MAKE
Café Michel decaffeinated coffee is made with water. It is the only ecological method. The decaffeination process begins with the green coffee beans before they are roasted. Basically, green coffee beans are immersed in water. Due to the difference in concentration, caffeine migrates from the grains into the water - it is washed out, dissolved. During this process, water is replaced, causing all of the caffeine in the coffee beans to pass into the water. This process removes caffeine without changing the taste of the coffee.
