FOOD & Oacute; B PREPARATION EN: < / strong > Cook the groats in salted water at a ratio of 1 : 2 (1 portion of groats to 2 portions of water) over a low heat for approx. 20 minutes. When cooking porridge for filling & oacute; wi veggie pate & oacute; reduce the ratio to 1:1.5 (1 glass of groats for 1.5 glasses of water).
